Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. People know me best through my Instagram page, @annephung. In this blog, I will share my story-the highs, the lows, and everything in between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America along with my parents and brother when I turned one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even share my life. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me become prosperous. I believed that my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then marry and begin an family. My plan for success was to attend college to graduate, then get an executive job. I would then marry then buy a house, and start a family. But life had different plans. In 2013, I found I disliked my corporate position. While the pay and position was good but I did not feel that it was fulfilling. Instead I felt that I was wasting my time. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others as I navigated towards this new path in life I discovered my passion for personal training. In 2014 I started my small business and this year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th birthday. Very few Asian women have a job in the world of fashion. As coach, my mission is to encourage others to lead a healthy and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to the individual's goals and needs. In addition, I strive in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they would like to accomplish. While my career was taking off, I lost my mother. It was the worst of everything. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. Her memory will forever remain in my thoughts and mind. It's incredible how life can give us the exact instruction we require, even if we aren't aware of it. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance at life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to begin her new life, and I got another chance to live an enjoyable and satisfying life. At the age of 30, I have a sense of living and being alive. It's not like I just exist anymore. As I share the story of my life, it is to ensure that other people can relate to my thoughts and feelings. It is to know that they're not on their own. And that there is genuine love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not unusual. Also, health is your biggest wealth. My hope is that you will live every moment to the fullest and have a death be without regrets, because that's all that we have to be confident about for the rest of our lives.
